The research synthesized quantitative findings from public data with established motivational theories to reveal how internal organizational systems affect healthcare delivery capacity. It highlighted how staff motivation challenges connect to broader public-sector performance and institutional incentive structures.
      • This study provided theoretical support and suggestions for improving and optimizing employee incentive mechanisms in public hospitals with similar backgrounds.

This project involved building a comprehensive bioinformatics platform for gametogenesis-related epigenetic modifications, supported by data infrastructure developed using Perl, MySQL, and PHP.
